English-Speaking Engineers
Direct contact with our engineering team — not a sales translator. Tolerance, material and DFM discussions happen at engineer-to-engineer level, in clear technical English.
DRAmetal supports build-to-print sheet metal RFQs for aerospace, medical, EV and industrial applications. Manufacturing scope, documentation and inspection records are defined for each quotation and order.
DRAmetal is our international-facing brand. Shenzhen Shixin Metal Products Co., Ltd. is the registered Chinese legal entity that operates this website and enters into customer contracts.
Six practical items to verify when evaluating DRAmetal for a build-to-print manufacturing RFQ.
Direct contact with our engineering team — not a sales translator. Tolerance, material and DFM discussions happen at engineer-to-engineer level, in clear technical English.
Our initial response target is within 24 working hours. DFM feedback, quotation timing and any requested engineering deliverables depend on drawing completeness and project scope.
Aluminum, stainless, copper and titanium sourced with mill-issued material records when specified. Heat and lot traceability requirements are agreed before order placement.
Process route and available equipment are reviewed against the part geometry, material and tolerance requirements. Buyers may request equipment details or an audit before order placement.
DRAmetal is certified to ISO 9001, AS9100D, ISO 13485 and IATF 16949. FAI, PPAP, control-plan and traceability deliverables are supported only when their scope is defined and accepted in the RFQ.
Prototype and production quantities are assessed individually. Feasible batch size, tooling, lead time and inspection coverage are confirmed in the quotation.
Published process information is a starting point, not an audit certificate or guarantee. Capability must be confirmed against the released drawing and RFQ requirements.
Equipment information to support buyer qualification and process review

We do not publish unsupported production, delivery, retention or defect-rate statistics. The measurable acceptance criteria for your project belong in the quotation and purchase order.
Part revision, material, quantity, finish and special characteristics are confirmed before production.
The accepted quotation and order acknowledgement define the production and shipment commitment.
Sampling, gauges, measurement method and report format are agreed for the order.
Reporting, segregation, corrective action and disposition requirements are defined by contract.
The legal entity and brand relationship are stated above. We avoid publishing founding dates and growth milestones until those facts have documentary support.
DRAmetal receives the drawing package, quantity, material, finish and documentation requirements for engineering review. Questions and exclusions are resolved before quotation.
After order acceptance, the released revision and agreed inspection plan control manufacturing. Any change to scope, schedule or documentation requires written confirmation.
Shipment follows the agreed acceptance records, packaging instructions and Incoterm. Buyer-specific audits or third-party inspection can be discussed during qualification.
Six principles that guide every quote, every part, and every customer interaction.
Acceptance criteria and inspection coverage are defined for the order. Nonconforming product is controlled according to the agreed disposition process.
Initial response target within 24 working hours. Scope, lead-time and capability limitations are confirmed before the order is accepted.
Export documentation and customer-specified restricted- substance or conflict-minerals declarations are reviewed during quotation and provided when agreed.
Process improvements are evaluated against safety, manufacturability and inspection needs. No savings or capability gain is promised without project evidence.
Project success means meeting the written drawing, inspection, schedule and commercial requirements accepted for that order.
Environmental, worker-safety and sourcing declarations are limited to documented practices and supplier records available for the specific project.
Environmental, sourcing and worker-safety documentation can be reviewed during RFQ and supplier qualification. Confirm the applicable requirements, available records and any additional audit scope for your project.
Material and finish declarations can be requested from suppliers when an RFQ specifies RoHS, REACH or WEEE requirements. Applicability is confirmed per order.
CMRT or other conflict-minerals information can be requested from the relevant material or finishing supplier when specified in the RFQ.
Worker-safety and employment documentation can be reviewed during supplier qualification. Confirm any requested third-party audit or social-compliance standard for the project.
Energy and environmental information is provided only when supported by current site or supplier records.
No anonymous testimonial, customer logo, order volume, savings figure or performance result is presented as a verified customer outcome without permission and records.
Our anonymous customer projects describe supplied materials, manufacturing changes and actual results confirmed by the project owner.
Customer names, brands and logos are not used unless publication permission and the relevant claim scope can be verified.
Tolerance, quality, delivery and savings figures are stated only with a defined method, period and evidence owner.
