Manufacturing Precision for Robotic Systems
Manufacturing scope, functional interfaces and evidence are agreed against the released drawing and RFQ
Drawing-Defined Tolerances
Functional datums and inspection methods are agreed before quotation
Bending Repeatability
CNC bending programs, bend references and checks are controlled by released part and revision
Surface Requirements
Roughness, coating and corrosion evidence follow the released specification
Final Validation
Fabrication follows released seam, weld and gasket interfaces; final ingress and system validation remain with the OEM
Robot Components We Fabricate
From structural frames to sealed enclosures — a wide range of robot‑specific parts delivered
Choose Robotics Frames & Chassis for the primary welded or formed structure, Robot & AGV Chassis for a mobile chassis. For the payload structure, use AMR Top-Module Frames; for controls, use Robot Controller Enclosures; and for mixed platform kits, use Robotics Sheet Metal Parts.
Manufacturing Controls & Capabilities
Manufacturing scope and acceptance criteria are confirmed against the released drawing and RFQ
| Capability / Requirement | Our Approach |
|---|---|
| Welding | Drawing-defined welding and joining where the released design and quoted route require them |
| IP65 / IP67 Target Interfaces | Drawing-defined gasket lands, seams and hardware; final rating validation by OEM |
| Dimensional Inspection | FAI, fixtures, free-state checks or CMM by RFQ |
| Material Traceability | Material identity and certificate scope as specified in the PO or RFQ |
| Surface Finishing | Powder coating, anodizing, passivation or electropolishing when drawing-defined |
| Surface Roughness | Drawing-defined roughness target and agreed inspection method |
Materials & Finishes for Robotics
Material and finish choices are confirmed from the released drawing, service inputs and RFQ scope
Aluminum Alloys
5052 and 6061 for formed covers, plates and frames; temper and finish remain drawing-defined.
Stainless Steel
304 / 316L for corrosion-sensitive or washdown programs, with seam finish and cleanability requirements defined by the equipment OEM.
Carbon Steel
Drawing-defined structural parts with zinc plating or E-coat where the released finish specification requires it.
Hybrid & Composite
Buyer-supplied nonmetal components can be reviewed as part of a quoted mechanical assembly.
