01 / What We Fabricate

Baffles and Deflectors Built Around Airflow Direction

Baffles guide air, block heat, separate zones and protect sensitive areas. We manufacture them around bend angle, mounting interface, gasket fit, thermal exposure and assembly clearance.

Airflow Direction

Angles, lips, vanes and pass-throughs are reviewed around the intended air path and pressure drop.

Thermal and Zone Separation

Heat shields, divider plates and internal partitions isolate hot areas or separate equipment compartments.

Mounting and Service Access

Slots, tabs, PEM hardware and removable interfaces are planned around installation and maintenance access.

Finish and Edge Control

Edges, coating, gasket surfaces and visible faces are protected through inspection and packout.

Our scope: air baffles, deflectors and internal sheet metal guides

We fabricate the baffle geometry, slots, tabs, hardware, finish and packout. Your team defines the final airflow target, thermal validation and equipment-level performance requirement.

02 / Baffle & Deflector Types

Airflow Components for OEM Enclosures and Equipment

We support baffle programs where airflow, heat control, service access and line-side installation need repeatable sheet metal geometry.

04 / Manufacturing Process

From Air Path Review to Finished Baffle Kits

01

Air Path and Interface Review

Review airflow direction, bend angles, clearance, hardware, gasket surfaces and service access.

02

Cutting and Forming

Cut blanks, punch slots and holes, then form angles, lips, vanes and flanges.

03

Hardware and Gasket Prep

Install PEM hardware, add bracket tabs or prepare gasket channels and cable pass-throughs.

04

Deburring and Surface Prep

Control edges, burr direction, visible faces and thermal shield surfaces before finish.

05

Angle and Fit Inspection

Check bend angles, hole fit, gasket surfaces, hardware retention and finish quality.

06

Kit Packout

Pack baffles by SKU, airflow zone and assembly station with surface and edge protection.

05 / Why It Matters

What Makes a Baffle Program Reliable

Baffles are often hidden inside equipment, but small geometry errors can change airflow, service access, thermal performance and assembly time.

Bend Angle Repeatability

Air direction depends on consistent angles, lips and vanes across production lots.

Clearance and Service Access

Internal baffles need to fit around cables, fans, filters and removable service panels.

Thermal Surface Control

Heat shields and deflectors need the right material, finish and standoff geometry for the environment.

Kit-Level Packout

Baffle families need clean SKU and airflow-zone separation so assembly teams install the right part quickly.

09 / FAQ

Custom Sheet Metal Baffles and Deflectors FAQ

Can you make airflow baffles and thermal deflectors?

Yes. We manufacture airflow baffle plates, air guides, thermal shields, internal partitions, rack deflectors and equipment divider plates to drawing.

Can you control bend angle and gasket fit?

Yes. Bend angle, hole fit, gasket channels, PEM hardware and assembly clearance can be checked during first article and production.

Which materials are common for baffles?

Aluminum, galvanized steel, stainless steel, cold-rolled steel and powder coated steel are common, depending on airflow, heat, corrosion and weight requirements.
