01 / What We Fabricate

Fan Hardware Built Around Safety, Clearance and Airflow

Fan shrouds and guards must protect rotating components while maintaining airflow clearance and assembly fit. We manufacture rings, guards, covers and blower shrouds around motor interface, mounting holes, guard spacing and finish.

Ring and Shroud Geometry

Rolled rings, lips, flanges and welded tabs are reviewed around fan diameter, clearance and assembly method.

Guard Spacing and Open Area

Wire guards, perforated plates and punched patterns are controlled for access protection and airflow.

Motor and Blower Interfaces

Mounting flanges, outlet transitions and cover depths are built around motor, impeller and duct interfaces.

Finish and Handling

Powder coated and galvanized fan parts are packed to protect rings, visible covers and guard surfaces.

Our scope: fan shrouds, guards and airflow protection parts

We fabricate the shrouds, guards, covers, outlets, tabs, finish and packout. Your team defines the final fan performance, safety standard and equipment validation requirements.

04 / Manufacturing Process

From Fan Interface Review to Protected Packout

01

Fan and Motor Interface Review

Review fan diameter, airflow clearance, mounting pattern, outlet geometry, safety spacing and finish exposure.

02

Cutting, Punching and Rolling

Cut blanks, punch perforations and holes, roll rings or form cover shapes according to the drawing.

03

Welding and Assembly

Weld tabs, seams, wire guards or brackets in fixtures to keep ring and mounting geometry repeatable.

04

Deburring and Surface Prep

Control guard edges, wire ends, perforation burrs and visible faces before finish.

05

Fit and Finish Inspection

Check ring fit, guard spacing, hole position, finish coverage and visible surface quality.

06

Protected Packout

Pack fan parts by SKU, diameter, finish and assembly station with ring and surface protection.

05 / Why It Matters

What Makes a Fan Guard Program Reliable

Fan hardware affects airflow, safety, noise and assembly fit. Geometry and finish need to stay consistent across production lots.

Clearance Control

Shrouds must hold fan clearance without rubbing, vibration or field adjustment.

Guard Spacing

Wire and perforated guards need repeatable spacing and open area for safety and airflow.

Ring Roundness

Rolled rings and circular guards need roundness control so they fit fan modules cleanly.

Coating Durability

Fan guards are handled often, so powder coat adhesion and surface protection matter during shipment.
