Structural Frames and Bases
Welded bases, equipment rails and lifting structures located around customer-defined loads and module datums.
Custom cabinet and container-style mechanical enclosures for PEM and alkaline electrolyzer equipment. We fabricate the released structure around stack, balance-of-plant, power, ventilation and service interfaces from prototype through repeat production.
An electrolyzer enclosure supports process modules, electrical cabinets, ventilation openings, access doors and maintenance zones inside one coordinated structure. DRAmetal manufactures the mechanical housing to the OEM's released drawings; hydrogen process design and safety validation remain outside our fabrication scope.
Welded bases, equipment rails and lifting structures located around customer-defined loads and module datums.
Doors, roofs, removable panels and service covers with controlled gaps, hardware and finish.
Mounting plates, trays, cable supports, partitions and brackets for OEM-installed system components.
Drawing-defined ventilation, sensor, drain and emergency-access openings fabricated for the OEM's validated system design.
DRAmetal does not design or certify electrolyzer stacks, hydrogen piping, pressure systems, ventilation capacity, gas detection, hazardous-area equipment or functional safety. The system OEM owns hazard analysis, ISO 22734 or other applicable compliance, validation and final approval.
The supply boundary can range from a compact cabinet to a large modular housing. Every format is built to customer drawings rather than represented as a complete hydrogen system.
Compact Floor-standing cabinets for laboratory, pilot and distributed electrolyzer equipment with coordinated service access and module supports.
Skid Panelized housings around OEM process skids with removable service zones, lifting interfaces and transport-ready structures.
Containerized Large outdoor mechanical structures with equipment bays, service doors, roof systems and drawing-defined ventilation interfaces.
Power Module Mechanical cabinet structures for rectifier, controls and auxiliary electrical equipment integrated into the OEM enclosure platform.

Confirm enclosure scope, module loads, structural datums, service zones, lifting, transport and customer-owned safety interfaces.
Review frame weld sequence, panel split lines, door geometry, finish allowances and inspection access.
Build a production-intent frame and panel set, then validate OEM module and service interfaces before release.
Fixture-weld bases and supports while producing panels, doors, partitions and internal sheet metal in controlled routes.
Apply approved finishes, install specified hardware and verify doors, panels, partitions and mounting interfaces.
Release structures and loose kits by system model, module zone, serial or lot and drawing revision.
The mechanical enclosure supports a hydrogen-producing system, but fabrication conformity does not prove process or safety performance.
Ventilation, leak detection, hazardous-area classification and emergency functions must come from the system OEM's validated design.
Stack, piping and power modules depend on controlled mounting planes that must remain accurate after welding and finishing.
Doors, removable panels and personnel access must match the released maintenance and emergency-access plan.
Fast-changing hydrogen platforms require controlled models, BOMs, deviations and packout records.

Corrosion exposure, gas leakage, inadequate electrical isolation and restricted service space affected the earlier arrangement.
Results apply to the project configuration described on the linked page.
Read the Customer Project →We review the skid, frame, doors, panels and internal supports as one tolerance-linked assembly.
Structural welding, precision sheet metal and hardware-ready assembly are coordinated under one production plan.
Carbon steel structures and stainless or aluminum internal parts can be routed and protected separately.
Inspection and packout remain tied to released system model and drawing revision.
We manufacture released mechanical designs including skid bases, welded frames, external panels, doors, partitions, trays, brackets, mounting plates and specified hardware-ready assemblies.
No certification should be inferred from fabrication alone. The electrolyzer OEM owns system design, hazard assessment, ventilation, gas detection, electrical classification, testing and certification. We manufacture the approved mechanical design and provide agreed fabrication records.
Yes, when the customer supplies the controlled structure, load cases, interfaces and validation requirements. We can fabricate custom container-style structures or panelized skid housings within the agreed mechanical scope.
Yes. Panels, supports and hardware can be identified and packed by system model, module zone, serial or lot, revision and OEM installation sequence.
Send the enclosure assembly, structural drawings, module loads, access zones, finish specification, customer-owned safety interfaces and forecast quantity for DFM review.
