Cabinet Body & Panels
Double-wall sandwich panels — galvanized steel, stainless, or aluminum — for thermal insulation against sun and weather, sealed against dust and water ingress.
Custom 5G and outdoor telecom cabinets — pole-mount, wall-mount, and floor-standing base station enclosures in galvanized steel, stainless, and aluminum. Double-wall and IP-target interfaces can follow released drawings, with ventilation and locking provisions. We build the sheet metal cabinet; you integrate the radios, power, and electronics. For floor-standing power and base-station platforms, see our telecom equipment cabinets.
5G shifts the network to dense, distributed nodes — radios, fiber, and power on poles and walls in the open air. We fabricate the sheet metal cabinet that protects that equipment against rain, heat, dust, and vandals.
Double-wall sandwich panels — galvanized steel, stainless, or aluminum — for thermal insulation against sun and weather, sealed against dust and water ingress.
Adjustable 19-inch rack frame (18U–47U) inside the cabinet, sized to mount the radios, baseband, power, and battery equipment you integrate.
Sealed, gasketed doors (single or multi-bay) with 3-point anti-theft locking — secure against vandalism and weather at exposed, unattended sites.
Thermal-management provisions (fan/heat-exchanger mounts), plus pole, wall, and floor mounting structures sized to the site and load.
We fabricate the outdoor cabinet — body, double-wall panels, rack frame, doors, locks, ventilation, and mounting structures — formed, welded, insulated, and finished, ready for equipment integration. Bought-out components such as radios (RRU/AAU), baseband units (BBU), power systems, backup batteries, fans and climate-control electronics, sensors and monitoring, and network equipment are integrated by you or your assembly partner. We build the cabinet with rack space and provisions sized to your equipment.
5G's distributed architecture demands varied mounting. We fabricate the cabinet structure for every site type, to your design.
Pole-Mount Compact cabinets that clamp onto utility, light, or dedicated poles — for small cells and distributed 5G nodes up in the open air.
Wall-Mount Cabinets mounted on building exteriors — for indoor-to-outdoor transitions, DAS equipment, and campus or street-level deployments.
Floor-Standing Larger cabinets on a base/plinth for ground or pad mounting — for macro sites, edge computing, and higher-capacity equipment and battery banks.
Multi-Bay Multi-compartment cabinets separating radio, power, and battery zones — for edge nodes and integrated sites needing isolated, serviceable bays.
An outdoor 5G cabinet has to seal out weather, manage heat, deter theft, and fit standard equipment. Here's what we fabricate to.
| Materials | Drawing-specified galvanized steel, stainless or aluminum |
|---|---|
| Panel Construction | Double-wall sandwich panels with insulation for sun/thermal protection |
| IP Rating | IP55 / IP65 / IP66 with polyurethane molded gaskets — designed to target |
| Thermal | Ventilation and provisions for fans/heat exchangers to the OEM's thermal design |
| Rack | Rack format and rail interfaces to the released equipment drawing |
| Security | 3-point anti-theft locking; sealed single or multi-bay doors |
| Mounting | Pole, wall, and floor/pad (with base plinth) mounting structures |
| Coatings | RAL 7035 powder coat; MIL-DTL-5541 chromate (aluminum); ASTM A123 zinc (steel) |
| Applications | 5G base stations, small cells, FTTx/FTTH, surveillance, edge computing |
We fabricate the cabinet structure to your equipment and site. Radios, baseband units, power systems, batteries, fans/climate electronics, and monitoring are integrated by you or your assembly partner.
An outdoor 5G cabinet lives or dies on sealing, insulation, and security. Our process delivers a cabinet built to survive the field for years.
Review your equipment, U-count, mounting, and thermal load — confirm material, panel construction, IP target, and security requirements.
Fiber laser cutting of panels, frame, doors, and mounting structures — with vent openings, gland plates, and mounting holes to precise position.
CNC press-brake forming of panels and frame — accurate bends for sealed double-wall construction and a true, rigid cabinet.
Welding the body, building double-wall insulated panels, fitting gasketed doors, 3-point locks, rack frame, and continuous sealing for the IP rating.
RAL 7035 powder coat, with chromate (aluminum) or zinc (steel) protection — corrosion resistance for years of outdoor exposure.
Dimensional inspection, seal integrity, lock and door fit, and finish inspection before delivery for your equipment integration.
The cabinet is all that stands between sensitive 5G electronics and a hostile outdoor environment. Four things make the difference.
Rain, snow, and dust destroy unprotected electronics. Gasket lands, door compression and penetrations follow the OEM's ingress target; final validation belongs to the OEM or test body.
5G radios run hot, and the sun adds load. Double-wall insulation and ventilation provisions follow the OEM's heat-load and thermal-management design. The OEM validates equipment temperature and service-life targets.
Cabinets sit unattended in public, exposed to vandalism and theft of valuable equipment. 3-point anti-theft locks and robust construction protect the asset.
5G's distributed network needs cabinets on poles, walls, and pads. The right mounting structure, sized to the site and load, is what makes fast, code- compliant deployment possible.

Our telecom cabinet is an indoor equipment-room rack. This 5G outdoor cabinet is built for the open air — double-wall insulated, with IP65/66 target interfaces and anti-theft features, with pole/wall/floor mounting — to protect distributed 5G equipment outdoors on poles, walls, and pads.
We fabricate polyurethane gasket interfaces for OEM designs targeting IP55, IP65 or IP66. The OEM or test body owns final ingress validation. For thermal management, double-wall insulation and provisions for fans or heat exchangers follow the OEM's heat-load and validation inputs.
Pole-mount (for small cells and distributed nodes), wall-mount (for building exteriors and DAS), and floor-standing on a base plinth (for macro and edge sites). We fabricate the mounting structure sized to your site and load.
Yes — we build an adjustable 19-inch rack from 18U to 47U, sized to your radios, power, and battery equipment, with multi-bay options to separate radio, power, and battery zones. Send us your equipment and we'll build to fit.
We support everything from a single prototype to carrier-scale rollouts. Send us your equipment and design requirements and we'll confirm MOQ and pricing for your project.
