A process-cell enclosure brings panels, doors, roof sections, ventilation connections and material openings together around an integrator's released cell design. Repeat fit depends on controlling the frame and interface stack, not only the outside dimensions of each panel.
Formed, reinforced sections with repeat mounting flanges and removable access for installation or maintenance.
Hinged or lift-off doors with drawing-defined latch, window, gasket and interlock-mount provisions.
Transfer tunnels, robot loading ports, cable entries and duct transitions located from released cell datums.
Replaceable lower liners, access covers, chip or spatter trays and other drawing-defined service components.
The integrator owns risk assessment, functional safety, interlocks, process classification, extraction, fire protection and final cell validation. DRAmetal manufactures the released frames, panels, doors and interfaces to the agreed drawings and inspection plan.
The integrator defines the process hazards and required containment. Our manufacturing scope converts that released design into repeatable frames, panels, doors and hardware-ready assemblies.
Laser Process Opaque modular panels, roof sections, framed observation-window provisions and service access built to the integrator's released design.
Welding Panel and door packages with duct transitions, removable lower sections and drawing-defined process openings.
Deburring Opaque containment panels, lower liner modules and transfer openings for robotic grinding and deburring equipment.
Access Reinforced doors, access panels, gasket channels and hardware mounts supplied as cell-specific replacement or production kits.

Confirm frame datums, panel bays, doors, process openings, duct connections and installation sequence.
Review seams, bend access, reinforcement, hardware, gasket paths and service clearances.
Produce repeat panels and frames while controlling holes, flanges, cutouts and visible surfaces.
Fixture weld frames and install drawing-defined hinges, latches, windows, gaskets and inserts.
Check panel joints, door operation, process openings and mounting interfaces against the released cell scheme.
Group panels and hardware by cell side, bay, door and assembly sequence.
Frame variation, hardware stack and panel sequence can accumulate across a large enclosure. A repeat build needs shared datums, controlled interfaces and a packout plan that follows installation.
Hinge and latch locations, frame squareness and gasket stack affect repeat opening, closing and service access.
Transfer openings, ducts and cable entries must align with the integrator's released equipment positions.
Overlaps and removable sections must be packed and installed in the intended order.
The integrator retains responsibility for process safety, interlocks, extraction, classification and final validation.

Insufficient guarding allowed access to the robot zone, door interlocks were unreliable and visibility was limited.
Results apply to the project configuration described on the linked page.
Read the Customer Project →Frames, panels, doors, liners and interface parts can be supplied as one cell package.
Reviews consider panel sequence, door access, hardware tools and process-opening interfaces.
Cell bays or critical assemblies can be fixture checked before finish and packout.
Components are identified by cell, bay and current released revision.
Typical scope includes welded frames, wall and roof panels, service doors, access covers, lower liners, plinths, transfer tunnels, duct transitions and cable-entry parts.
No. We manufacture build-to-print metalwork. The integrator remains responsible for risk assessment, guarding strategy, interlocks, process classification and final validation.
Yes. The RFQ can define full or partial trial assembly, critical-bay fit checks, door operation checks and required records.
Yes. Drawing-defined hinges, latches, handles, windows, gaskets, inserts and mounting provisions can be installed and inspected.
