Why Choose Our Sheet Metal Bending Services

Drawing review, tooling assessment and process planning for custom sheet metal bending projects. Exact equipment, capacity, tolerance and inspection scope are confirmed for the RFQ. Company certificate details are available on request.

Drawing-Defined Tolerance

Formed-state tolerance and inspection depend on material, tooling, bend sequence, datum and fixture. No industry approval is implied.

Springback Control Plan

Compensation, trials and any secondary correction are confirmed for the released material and geometry. No consistency result is guaranteed.

Custom Tooling & Design

Specialized press brake tooling for complex sheet metal geometries, U-bend, Z-bend, hemming & multi-angle forming.

One-Stop Sheet Metal Fabrication

Integrated laser cutting, bending, welding, powder coating & assembly for full sheet metal solutions.

CNC Press Brake Bending Capabilities

Bending feasibility is reviewed from material, thickness, bend geometry, tooling access, usable length and required tolerance. Exact limits are confirmed for the RFQ.

Precision Sheet Metal Bending
Angle by Drawing

Thin-Sheet Bending Review

Thin-sheet bending for enclosures, housings and brackets requires review of material, thickness, grain, finish protection, tooling and cumulative tolerance.

Core Bending Parameters

Angle | Thickness | Forming length: confirmed after drawing review

  • Mirror or brushed surface protection method defined by RFQ
  • Angle and dimensional sampling defined by buyer
  • Stainless steel, aluminum, copper compatible
Heavy-Duty Sheet Metal Bending
Usable Length by RFQ

Heavy-Duty Sheet Metal Bending Review

Heavy-duty press-brake feasibility depends on material, thickness, panel length, bend sequence, tooling access and the selected equipment.

Heavy-Duty Parameters

Pressure, usable length and thickness range confirmed by RFQ

  • Multi-roller support for ultra-long sheets
  • High-strength steel & carbon steel compatible
  • One-time forming for complex structures

Sheet Metal Bending Quality Control & Order Process

Our drawing-based inspection process and streamlined order workflow follow the requirements agreed for each project. Company certification does not replace the agreed inspection scope.

4-Stage Precision Inspection Process

1. Incoming Material Inspection

Verify mill test certificates (MTC), material composition and dimensional accuracy with spectrometer and calipers before production.

2. First Article Inspection (FAI)

First-article characteristics, measurement method and report format follow the released drawing and accepted quotation.

3. In-Process Monitoring

In-process sampling, frequency and any SPC requirement are defined by the project control plan.

4. Pre-Shipment Inspection

Final inspection of dimensional accuracy, edge quality, surface finish and quantity. Any supplier declaration and inspection photos are supplied only when agreed.

Streamlined Global Order Process

1

RFQ Submission

Send your 2D/3D drawings (DXF/DWG/STEP) and quantity requirements via email.

2

Quote & DFM Analysis

Quotation and DFM scope are confirmed after drawing and engineering review.

3

Helpful Guides Before You Quote Bent Sheet Metal Parts

Check DFM rules, RFQ completeness and upstream cutting choices before releasing formed sheet metal drawings.

Design for Manufacturing Sheet Metal

Review bend relief, hole spacing, hardware, welding, finishes and formed-part tolerances.

Sheet Metal RFQ Checklist

Prepare drawings, STEP files, tolerances, quantity, finish and inspection notes for faster quoting.

Laser Cutting vs Punching

Choose the right blanking route before bending so hole patterns and edge quality match the design.
